Reading rooms or the parlatory?

We make the distinction between two main areas in our building. One is quiet (the reading rooms) and one is loud (the parlatory). The reading rooms are quiet spaces where you can concentrate on reading and studying. You can laugh out loud and have lively debates in the parlatory.

Dos and don’ts The University Library is a place of learning. Please help us to maintain this unique atmosphere. During your visit to the UB, you can lock up your jackets, bags and food in the foyer. You can eat and drink in Café Libresso on the ground floor.
