The Periodicals Department acquires, catalogues and records all periodical media – both printed and digital – in the lending system. The licensing or purchase of e-journal packages and databases, as well as the administration of all e-journals (clearing house), is carried out centrally for the entire university. The department also maintains the inventory of all periodical media available at the university in the central reference tools (ZDB, EZB, DBIS).
