Cloakroom lockers

Cloakroom lockers are situated in the foyer. Please lock away your jackets, bags and food here.

How it works

Please lock away your jackets, bags and food.

You can take water in transparent bottles, your own books and study materials, as well as your laptop and laptop bag into the library. We are happy to issue you with a basket, should you need it.

The cloakroom lockers can be used for a maximum of 12 hours. You will be locked out of your locker if you exceed this time limit. We charge a EUR 3.00 fee at the information desk to have the locker opened for you.

Hold your library card up to the terminal until the “Schrank belegbar” (“Locker available”) message appears.

Look for an empty locker and place your belongings inside it.

Close the door and hold your library card up against the marked position on the lock. The LEDs will turn green.

Once the LEDs have turned green, you can turn the handle from a vertical to a horizontal position to lock the locker.

Please make a note of your locker number.

To open the locker, hold your library card up against the marked position on your locker’s lock. The LEDs will turn green and the handle will slide from a horizontal to a vertical position.

Stuck?
