Please fill out the following form as completely as possible. All input fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. In accordance with the funding conditions, only articles whose corresponding authors are members of the University of Freiburg are eligible for funding. The corresponding author's affiliation with the University of Freiburg must be evident from the funded publication.
After assessing your application with regard to the funding conditions, we will inform you by e-mail whether your publication can be funded. If all conditions are met, you will receive a provisional funding approval. The relevant amount will be reserved for you from the publication fund. As soon as you have received notification from the publisher, please let us know whether the article has been accepted.
When you receive an invoice from the publisher, please send it by e-mail to the address on the right. You will receive a binding confirmation of funding and further information on invoice processing. Please make sure that the invoice is made out to your official address at the University of Freiburg. Ideally, the address should read:
